Development
The Gate of Beginnings
Keynote
Development as a structured progression that is both steadfast and enduring.
Collective Perspective
The energy and pressure to always start something new, whether a relationship, a work project, or a mission. This pressure is for development, and with it the potential for maturation through cyclic change.
Prone to building up pressure, it is vital to begin new experiences so that pent-up energy doesn’t cause stress and depression. While primarily about the impetus to set new processes into motion, following one’s Authority is essential to avoid the frustration of getting stuck in projects that cannot be finished and inhibit development.
Personal Perspective
You always have the energy to start something new, whether a relationship, a work project, or a mission. It is the pressure to start a new experience, a pressure for development you carry in your presence and with it bring the potential for maturation through cyclic change (involving beginnings, middles and ends).
As you are deeply prone to building stress, it is very important that you are free to begin new experiences to avoid pent-up energy that can lead to depression. Even though it is not necessary for you to finish things, as your role is to provide the impetus to get something going, avoid starting projects that cannot be concluded, whether by yourself or someone else you can pass things onto. Follow your Strategy and inner Authority to guide you to where you should commit energy. If you repeatedly find yourself pressured to start something new that then meets resistance or whose development is hindered, this can lead to frustration and disappointment.
